Class Descriptions

Monday

Blend with Brigitte - 5:30 pm I 60 min

A combination of flow and slow burn, this class offers opportunities link body and breath in different ways. Expect guided instruction in combination with time to “flow on your own”, giving each yogi the choice to move at their own pace, depth and intensity. Class will also include strengthening postures and playful balances. Seated, standing, supine and occasional inverted poses are all part of a typical class. This class is suitable for yogis with some experience; however yogis of all levels who are comfortable modifying for their bodies are welcome.


Tuesday

Deep Stretch with Brigitte - 5:30 pm I 75 min

This slow-paced class cultivates mindful awareness of body through yin-inspired deep stretches. Expect on the ground postures, long holds, and deep breaths. Accessible to all body types & skill levels.

Ease Chronic Pain with Danielle - 7 pm I 75 min

Join us for this therapeutic class focused on reducing chronic pain, relaxing physical muscle contractions, relieving mental tension, and releasing emotional stress. In this class, you’ll learn tools and practices to help you live with more ease such as neuromuscular re-education to release muscle tension, parasympathetic nervous system activation to relax your mind, therapeutic practices to relieve emotional stress, and breathing techniques to help bring restoration to your entire being - physically, mentally, and emotionally. This class is perfect for anyone living with chronic illness or pain, recovering from an injury or surgery, seeking ways to move away from chronic stress, or looking for support as a caregiver. Each class will be customized to best support participants in attendance.


Wednesday

Mindful Slow Flow with Audrey - 5:30 pm I 60 min

This beginner-friendly & body positive class will have you focused as you stretch. Each class has a new theme (for example, focusing on a specific pose) to mental (for example, focusing on peace). Expect a mix of seated and standing poses that will help you move in a joyful, intentional way. Come ready to relax and grow!


Thursday

Gentle Soma Yoga with Danielle - 5:30 pm I 75 min

This gentle, slow-paced class encourages the release of tension and pain through a reawakening of mind-body connections, the use of supportive props and modifications, and curious exploration of your unique expression of each movement or pose. Recommended for all ages, bodies, and skill levels.

Blend with Allison - 7 pm I 60 min

Saturday

All-Levels Vinyasa with Katy - 10 am I 75 min

This class has a choose-your-own-adventure vibe. Whether you're just getting started or well on your way, expect a class that keeps things fresh by offering lots of variations and creative sequences.


Sunday

Sunday Slow Down - 4 or 6 pm I 60-75 min

This class will offer you a chance to experience a variety of yoga classes designed to help you wind down from the weekend and ease into the next week. Classes offered may include restorative, yin, somatics, hatha, slow flow, pranayama, meditation, mudras, sound, and elements of yogic philosophy that can be carried off the mat. Be sure to join us each week to experience a variety of classes and instructors.
